 Robert Bonifacio
Robert Bonifacio began in the financial services industry in 1986 and for fifteen year he worked for two major financial services companies in Australia.
Based on the experience he gained in dealing within large organisations and working with many different kinds of financial planning services, EFS was established in 2004 as a specialist risk insurance practice.
Robert has completed a Diploma of Financial Planning and has a Diploma in Management. Essential Financial Services is recognised as a Certified Quality Advice Practice (CQAP). In August 2011 Robert was recognised as a Fellow Chartered Financial Practitioner through the Association of Financial Advisers (AFA) which is awarded through the Asia Pacific Financial Services Association (APFinSA). The FChFP is the AFA’s highest professional designation and requires practitioners to meet ethical and best practice standards within the financial advice profession.
EFS has access to the complete range of insurance and financial planning products and services through the license of Charter Financial Planning.
 Rachel Bonifacio
Rachel began work in the Financial Services Industry in the early 1990’s for 5 years as a Financial Planner. After having children she returned in 2004 to work in Office Management and Administration and has continued to do so for the last 7 years. Over this time she has gained much knowledge and experience with dealing with servicing clients, major corporations and practices.
Mark Laing
 Mark Laing is our external business coach. He has over 15 years experience in the financial services industry. Mark works with our team to provide an external perspective on how we can better add value to our clients and have more efficient systems and processes. He is the author of six business guides.
